For on-site registration, only payment via cash and credit card (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted. Please note that on-site registration fee will apply for all on-site payments. |

CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION AND REFUND POLICY |
|
| |
Requests for cancellation/replacement must be made in writing to the Secretariat. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellation received on or before 1 August 2011 and refunds will be made after the event. No refund will be made for cancellations received after 1 August 2011. Applicants unable to attend the conference may send an alternate, i.e. single institution only. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat before 1 August 2011. |

LETTER OF INVITATION |
|
| |
Applicant requiring an official letter of invitation for the purpose of obtaining visa or permission to attend the Conference may submit their request to the Secretariat. Please note that the letter of invitation is NOT a commitment from the ECHO Singapore 2011 Organisers to provide financial assistance to any applicant or their accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the applicant. A letter of invitation will not be issued until the registration fee has been paid in full. |

ENTRY VISA APPLICATION AND PASSPORT |
|

You should have a valid passport, onward/return tickets, onward facilities (e.g. visas, entry permits, etc) to the next destination and sufficient funds for your stay in Singapore. National passport holders of most countries are permitted to stay in Singapore for up to 14 days without visas. However visas may be required for visitors from some other countries and participants are requested to clarify this before travelling. The applicant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge complaints against the ECHO Singapore Organisers should holding of conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or by force majeure, non-appearance of speakers or other reasons which necessitate program changes. With registration, the applicant accepts this provision. |

INSURANCE |

Applicant is advised to take out his/her own travel insurance and extend his/her policy to cover personal possessions as the Conference does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings, theft or damage to their belongings. |
